Meet Dr. Del Toro
Dr. Fidel Del Toro is a board-certified orthodontist with a true passion for practicing orthodontics, improving smiles, and sharing his knowledge and experience with others. His story begins at the University of Texas where he earned an undergraduate degree in 1987. He then attended Dental School at UTHSCSA in San Antonio, Texas where he graduated in 1991. At graduation, he was elected to membership in Omicron Kappa Upsilon, the dental honor fraternity. In 1996, Dr. Del Toro completed his orthodontic residency and PhD program at the University of North Carolina.
Today, Dr. Del Toro is proud of his 25 years of experience transforming the smiles and lives of his patients. He is also proud of 22 years of teaching orthodontics as an assistant professor at the department of orthodontics at UTHSCSA dental school. He enjoys playing an active role in the education of future orthodontists.
