Regular visits allow us to monitor your progress and make adjustments. Some tenderness can occur when braces are placed or adjusted. Contact us if discomfort is persistent or unusually severe.
Avoid hard, sticky, and very chewy foods that can damage brackets or wires. Brush carefully around your braces and floss as instructed. We will walk you through the daily routine.
