An annual Retainer Wellness Check is included—a $150 value each year.

Eligible replacement retainers can be shipped directly to your home when a new scan is not required.

The $750 enrollment fee is separate from replacement-order fees. Membership includes your first set, then up to four replacement orders each year. Your team can explain eligibility, lifetime membership terms, and when a new scan may be needed.
